Once you book your spot, you’ll receive a brief intake form that allows me to get to know your business, your challenges, and your goals for our coaching.
Step 2: Get Voxer
Download the FREE Voxer App so we can connect via text and voice. You can use Voxer on your phone or on your desktop. If you’re not sure how to use the app, no worries ~ I can help!
Step 3: Start Coaching
Your coaching access starts on our mutually agreed upon date. From that date, you’ll have unlimited Voxer access to me for the full period of your package from Monday-Thursday, 10am to 4pm EST.

Will this be right for me?

What happens after I reserve my spot?
Once you have reserved your spot with your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from me, with next steps on how to book your Private Voxer Coaching on my calendar, followed by an intake form to best prep for our coaching together.
What are some of the things we can cover?
Pretty much everything business-related! Whatever challenges you’re having, questions you need answers to, ideas generated, and whatever else you need!
What if we’re in different timezones?
I’ll be available Monday-Thursdays, between 10am – 4pm Eastern. To accommodate other timezones, you can message me outside of these hours, and I will respond asap within those hours.
How do the messages flow during my Voxer time?
To be clear, this isn’t a non-stop chat. Whichever package you choose, that’s just the window of time during which we’ll be able to exchange messages back-and-forth.
We’ll be messaging throughout the week(s) at a somewhat steady flow, yet totally relaxed pace. This is not a ‘live’ conversation, but rather text or audio messages, so there’s breathing room think, process, and take action time.
How long should my messages be? Do they have to be text or audio only?
Succinct-ish is best (about 3 minutes or so each), but don’t worry if you feel like you’re rambling. As a verbal processor myself, I totally get that simply talking out your thoughts can bring clarity.
Voxer Coaching is a bit magic like that. 😉
However, most clients text the entire time, so no need to speak at all!
Or do a combo! Whatever works for you. 🙂
What if I need to reschedule?
Sometimes Life interrupts, right? I get it! So, if you need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice. Since my Private Voxer Coaching spots are so limited, I may be able to bump someone else sooner on the calendar if I have enough notice.
If you do need to reschedule, please email me at alicia@aliciaforest.com at least 24 hours in advanced. You may rebook your Private Voxer Coaching ONCE and on any of the remaining weeks available.
Can I break up my weeks?
No, the 4-week or 3-month options are only available for consecutive weeks and cannot be paused or extended.
What kind of topic is not a good fit for a Private Voxer Coaching?
Here are some examples of things that aren’t a good fit for a Private Voxer Date:
- Anything that requires intense review or where you need to show me things on video.
- Specific teaching, training or tech support, as it doesn’t really suit this format. However, I can give you loads of guidance. I can do limited reviews and give you feedback on things, but please make sure you have sent a copy at least 24 hours in advance.
- Counseling, therapy or legal advice. This is not a replacement for professional support.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
What's your refund policy?
As spots are very limited, once your package is booked, it is yours and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so ONCE with 24 hours notice. Once our Private Voxer Coaching has been completed, as with all of my private coaching, there are no refunds.
